You’ll be taken out into the fields to be shown the plants and herbs you can pick to give depth and flavour to your cooking. You’ll be taking a look back at culinary traditions with vegetables fresh from the garden (herb soup, nettle or vegetable tart, for example) to give your tastebuds a treat.
